Refund Policy

• Since our products are personalised and handmade, we do not offer refunds once work has started.
• Refunds are only possible if the product arrives damaged.

•Provide a video proof of product unboxing to claim refund or exchange if any damage happens to the product when shipping.
• If your order is damaged, you must send us a clear photo and within 24 hours of receiving it.
• We do not provide refunds for delays caused by the courier or wrong address details given by the customer.
• If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method.
